We are seeing eating disorders impacting children and youth at an increasing rate. The attached guidebook from NEDIC (the National Eating Disorder Information Centre) will give you lots of helpful information when it comes to supporting your child

Supporting Someone with an Eating Disorder


This below link is to an article published by “Beat Eating Disorders” (A United Kingdom eating disorder charity) that provides lots of useful strategies for supporting your loved one of any age with an eating disorder.  Learn what to say/not say, how to support them at mealtimes, and how to get through some difficult situations.
